Our Business
Roger Lane started this business in 2005 after being involved with NAVFAC Southwest projects either by employment by various general contractors or direct contract with NAVFAC starting in 1982.
Since 1982 things have changed a lot (definitely for the better.) Mr. Lane has been involved with these Government contracting changes and is very well versed in this way of doing business. This includes MACC Proposal Preparation, Design Build Teaming, Task Order Proposals and actual Construction.
Subsequently, we are continuing to develop quality relationships with both General Contractors and Government Agencies by our supportive services approach.
With vast experience and a resource base that allows us to provide creative solutions, WIN WIN results are usually acheived.
